“I’ve survived two heart attacks – and I’m still standing. This site is here to help you do more than survive. It’s here to help you live well.”

— Monty, Heart Attack Survivor

My Story

The first heart attack hit me back in 2010 when I was just 46. I thought it was a once-in-a-lifetime scare – the kind that makes you change your habits, hug your loved ones a little tighter, and count your blessings. But lightning struck again. Recently, I found myself back in a hospital bed, facing the fight all over again.

I’m not a doctor. I’m a bloke who’s been through it – twice – and wants to help others avoid it, survive it, and live well after it.

If you’ve had a heart attack, or you’re supporting someone who has, you’re not alone.
This isn’t the end of the story. In fact, it might just be the start of something better.

Welcome to the community. We’re glad you’re here.

– Monty
